The HOA includes: the master association, insurance on the
building, cable, water, 24 hour security, front desk attendant, valet parking
(no tipping), onsite management, onsite maintenance, all common areas, pool,
fitness center, party room, card rooms, common real estate taxes, and
landscaping.
Owners will need to insure the inside of their unit, pay their
electric bill and any other special things that they require.
